Rubberband Group at The Joyce Theater

October 30, 2019 — The Consulate General of Canada in New York partnered with the Quebec Government Office in New York and the Joyce Theatre, an international leader in dance presentation in New York, to celebrate the opening of the 2019-20 season and the first season by new Artistic Director, Aaron Mattocks, with the performances by RUBBERBAND, a Montreal based company. After the performance of EVER SO SLIGHTLY, Consul General Phyllis Yaffe welcomed over 100 guests, drawn primarily from the Joyce’s contacts including donors, engagement supporters, key dance industry guests, the RUBBERBAND company and their guests and guests from the Quebec Government Office in New York.
